Hello Marco,

I don't known if you must use the 16F84. If no, then change it for 16F627
(pin compatible). You have then the possibility to run it in INTRC mode with
two possible speeds of 4MHz and 37kHz. When this is not possible, you can
just connect another 32kHz crystal the chip and make the timming based on
the timer1 counter.
