Hello Miquel, I'm using the same combination for programming the 16F628. You can use the ICPROG software. The only thing you have to do is with a short cable connect GND, MCLR (RB3), RB6 and RB7 from the JDM-programmer to your circuit in which you are using the 16F84. The only thing you have to do is isolating MCLR, RB6 and RB7 from the rest of your circuit.
