Probably they are the IN60 or another common ge lo-voltage signal diode, i've got a heap here too, and generally if I have had to change a ge signal diode in a radio etc I would have confirmed that there were a number of them in the radio, showing it's not a specialty diode, then just replaced it with any "common" glass ge diode I had around.
