Hi Jesse,

There are a few surplus stores on the internet, most of them have either a
somewhat high shipping charge (for small orders), or a minimum order.  They
are listed below, in the order of (my) preference:

- Electronic Goldmine (http://sales.goldmine-elec.com). Great store, they
charge $7 for shipping, but the actual shipping cost for my last order was
$8+ and they paid the difference.
- All Electronics (http://www.allelectronics.com).  Surplus and new parts,
you can find some good deals there.

These are the e-stores I haven't ordered anything from yet, but may in the
future:

http://www.web-tronics.com/

For small quantities of PIC's, I think the only way to go is Digikey.  Other
companies have high s&h costs to discourage small orders.
