This doesn't work for Americans ! :-)

Unlike my example, which occurs 12 times every 1000 years, Rod's example
only happens 3 times in the 10,000 years after the birth of Christ,  has
happened once already and will (may ? :-) ) next happen just over 1000 years
from now and then not again for the next 7000 odd years. After that we would
need a 5 digit year date and the pattern is broken.
