What version do you have? The version of calculator I have, Windows98, works for 8 Hexadecimal digits (32bits, Dword). There's a good _free_ program named Calc98 that works with up to 12 Hex digits (48bits) @ http://www.calculator.org I don't know of any calculators that work with 16 Hex digits (64bits) but, there must be some out there.
