Now I have a question: is it possible to choose HTML or non HTML on a per message basis? The appropriate format depends on the target. > I HOPE YOU ARE REALLY HAPPY AT WHAT YOU HAVE TRIED TO ACCOMPLISH BY RUNNING > ME DOWN ON THE LIST. Actually I was trying to teach you. In every reponse, both in my rant, and this message to you I posted off list, I have given you information that you can use. But I had not gotten any indication that you had gained any understanding from it. No change in behavior, no response, no followup qurstions. Simply new questions in the same format. I simply responded to them. > I REALLY ONLY WANT TO LEARN MORE, I AM A YEAR 12 SCHOOL STUDENT FOR GODS SAKE! Excellent! And this list is an excellent resource. But please realize that it has over 2000 members. So taking a bit of time to gather some information before posting adds quality to the list. The archives and Google are invaluable. Usually you can find out a lot without having to add a new question to the list. > SO PLEASE GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK! Consider it done since you've shown progress. Also one more point on your TCP/IP/Ethernet question. There's been extensive discussions on the use of TCP as opposed to UDP as the transport. Before embarking on this journey you should check both the archives of the list and groups.google.com in comp.arch.embedded where there have been several long threads on the subject in the last couple of months. > > to all other piclist members i am very sorry if i have caused you any stress > or annoyed you in any way. please reply if you have any other grievances! > most of you all have helped me a lot in my learning!
