I want to record telephone conversations on my PC.  The control part is
easily done with a pic. off hook and on hook control and even did a pad with
an old transformer from the junkbox.

Now that I have the hardware I am stuck on the proper software.- all that I
have found is manual - I need something that I can tell to start/stop and
that offers compression.

AGC is another problem - the far voice gets buried in noise sometimes. I
need a fast attack/release either done in software or.hardware

Any links? Ideas?
