I have a PCB with a 4 pin header for ICSP (GND, RB6, RB7, Vpp).

I also have an ICD, can I use this connection with the ICD, if a make up a lead?
The ICD manual says I should have a connection to RB3, for LVP, can I still use
this the program via the ICD?
