I add my vote to the library.  Also, I have just setup a Wiki sight at
www.swiki.net.  A wiki is a website that is editable by anyone.  It also
keeps previous versions, so the owner can roll it back.  Roman, if you
set one up for the library, then we could actually add to it on-line!
