 I had a need for some of these also a few months ago.  I finally found some
 at LEDTronics with their Model# DIS-1044-005 full spectrum multicolor LED.
 But be warned, they are very proud of them.  IIRC, they were about $6.00
 a piece in quantities of 25 or more.  In 1 or 2 piece quantities, they were
 about $8.00 or so USD.   If you happen to find some that cost less than
 these, let me know because I could use a few more for a project I'm
 working on.
