Hosfelt electronics (http://www.hosfelt.com/) used to
sell multi-color LED's (8 colors in total) which
contained a red, green, and two blue chips all in a
single package (was item #25-297).  Its been about
2-years since they last sold them, that part number
isn't even on their database anymore.  I was wondering
if anyone knew of any other suppliers that still have
these rare items?
