Check out www.phyton.com. They seem to offer the best package for the money. If you want to use the emulator again for a different PIC with a different package type/size, you will have to buy a different socket adapter (typically $100-$200) that is compatible with that PIC. I suggest *calling* Phyton with your requirements - they are flexible and easy to work with. If you specify your needs but state that you have a maximum budget, they will usually give you a discount or offer an item free so that your budget, if reasonable, is not exceeded. However, if you want a complete emulator package from ANYONE, expect to spend $2000.
