Hello, I am always zapping things wit static accidentally, and was=
 wondering whether I had zapped my pic. I am using a sort of kit varient=
  of the pic16pro programmer. and a 16f84 chip. I can read the contents of=
 the pic, verify it, blow fuses, and write a blank program to it, but canot=
 write a program of substance. It gives me the error:
