I can't seem to find a reference for a socket adapter to program 44-pin TQFP
package (such as 16F877) in a Picstart+ programmer.

It seems like there ought to be one somewhere.  It will program the part in
a DIP package, but Digikey doesn't list one and I can't find any mention of
one on the Microchip website.

Anyone know where to get one?
