I am looking for 50 level detection probes for a special purpose.

Imagine a feedtube of perspex plastic 400mm diameter and 400mm high half =
filled with flour. I need a probe of dimensions 200mm wide 350mm long to =
sit in the material which can detect the level of the flour and put out =
a 4 to 20 milliamp signal, depending on the level, to a black box that I =
can make, which will tells the discharge rolls at what speed to run to =
balance the flow of the incoming feed.=20
