I am looking for large parallel access flash chips that I can use for
digital audio samples.  The SMElectronics M29F032 looks like the right
chip - has 32Mbits accessed as 4Mb*8.  Four of these chips would give me
16Mbytes, buut I havent been able to find a source for buying just a
handfull of these.  The biggest flashes I can find are 16Mbit, at least in
small quantities.

Is there a more available large parallel flash chip out there, or does
someone have a source for the above mentioned chip?
