Hello,

If it is a 14 pin connector you can safely assume that
they are all the same.
This 14 pin connector is quite standardized.

Normally it looks something like this (no guarantees)
Pin     Signal
1       VCC
2       GND
3       VLCD/VO
4       RS
5       RE
6       E
7       D0
8       D1
9       D2
10      D3
11      D4
12      D5
13      D6
14      D7

Other wise try to track the signal from the
HD44780(with the data sheet beside it) to the
Connector.
