Bala, I wasn't joke in my mail ! You may try a slow modulation in 20...40KHz range and experiment. The problem is that any living creature ( including mosquitoes ) are different. I'm sure about this because I have experiment a while ago an ultrasonic dog chaser. The results was incredible, some dogs becomes crazy, others only go away and others licks my hand and the device too ! Be sure that irish mosquitos which are greater dancer need different frequency than yours !
