The PIC16F877 Data Sheet, in the Electrical Characteristics section,
states that the Data EEPROM is rated for a minimum of 100000 erase/write
cycles, and the Program FLASH for a minimum of 1000 erase/write cycles
(parameters D120 and D130, respectively).
