Yup. And interface is quite straightforward. IIRC I ended up tying data in
and data out together with a 1K resistor. I wrote a program for a 16F84
that read in a hex file (in Motorola SRecord format) and programmed a 9366
with the data. I just uploaded it to my PIC site:
