I am currently unable to get my ICD to step through code or run
anything.  It can program and read.  The self test says "OK" but it says
there is no debug module.  The proper chip is selected, and the actual
chips appear to work.  I have tried three host circuits and three chips.

I can program, but once I hit "run" or "step" I get a "error performing
operation" box.

I looked everywhere I can but I can't find a remedy.

There doesn't seem to be anyone or anything answering Microchip's phone line.

Has anyone had these problems before?
