Hi PICers!

Can anyone recommend the ideal duration for a buzzer/sounder to indicate a
key press?

I am using a 4.194304 MHz crystal which gives me a 4096 Hz frequency easily
enough, but what is the optimum length of time that the buzeer should sound
for - any ideas?
