I've been using stuff from Advanced Microcomputer Solutions for 10 or 15 years. Seems to work well. I do a board or two a month. It includes schematic capture through board layout. It checks the board against the netlist created by the schematic capture program. It does clearance checks. It generates gerber and drill files. There is a demo version on their website (http://www.advancedmsinc.com/). I understand they also have a free version that restricts you to using their fab services or plot services.
