No, I haven't reported anything yet because I wasn't sure if it was a bug.
It seems an obvious thing to check on a new part simulator but knowing the
errors in Micrchip documentation then perhaps I shouldn't be surprised.  I
will check the later revision of MPLAB and the real hardware first when I
get a chance.
