I'm working with a PIC16C774 and can't seem to configure port C, bit 1 as an output!  I set the TRIS for all of port C as outputs and configure timer1 to NOT use the external crystal (shared with pin C1), but the pin just floats.  Am I missing something, or do I have an ICE with a defective C1 pin?
