Hi,

I am new to PIC and I am trying to establish communication through the PIC
and the PC. I connected the MAX232 to the RC7/RX and RC6/TX pins of the PIC
and the T1Out/R1in Pins(of max) to the female 9-pin serial socket which is
connect to the PC through a straight through cable. In the PC side I have
tried to use the Hyperterminal but no luck. (Of course I also connected the
required capacitors to the max)

That I want if you have or know a webpage that has a complete example with
the code(.asm) needed for the PIC and how to configure the software for the
PC. I spent a great time searching but I could find something useful.
