I've just run your program on MPLAB 5.31 and can confirm the same
symptoms that you're seeing.=20

=46unny that RB3 is the only pin affected but probably related to its
use for the CCP function. All 7 other PORTB pins work as expected.

There was another release of MPLAB (version 5.50) on 11/26/01. I
haven't yet installed it but will be doing so this weekend.
