I bought an halogen transformer-less PS it's very small (6cmx4cm) it's have
2 transistor
some capacitors and some resistors and small output transformer. as it look
to me it's a step down inverter from mains 220v to 12v 32khz ac 60w output.

can I connect a rectifier bridge just to get 12v dc (+-5A???) ? does the
high frequency important for regulating?

can I get electric shock from the 12v or its isolated cause the output
transformer?

if I am misunderstand I will draw it's circuit and send over the list.
