Hello,

Does anyone know if there is flash memory which uses standard address lines
and has an 8bit data bus, which will easyly work with the pic processors?  I
am looking for some that has 16Mbyte or more of memory with write times of
200-400nano-seconds and read times of 100nano-seconds or better.

Any ideas?
