Double that on the 3051. 600 V Off state voltage - but the dv/dt is rated at 400V. Fairchild recommends using them up to 240V, but applying a 3:1 rating rule of thumb, I use them up to 200V at 50 or 60 Hz, anxiety grows at 240.
