Method A:  Read the FAQ on www.piclist.com.  While you're there you can
           even buy a keen "Why am I still on the PICList??" mug or
           T-shirt.

Method B:  Email the list admins at piclist-request@mitvma.mit.edu and ask
           to be nuked.  To be fair, usually requires using Method A
           first.

Method C:  Post the question to the list, whereupon 2000+ list members
           will wonder why no one uses Method A, and a helpful list admin
           will delete you.  Effective, if not particulary efficient...
