Hello to all.
For a couple of weeks now I have been trying to interface a DS1616 Temp log
chip to a serial port. Having just built the hardware and connecting it to
the pc without either blowing up ( I'm a Novice) Can I ask how to use the
commands within a Dallas App note or data sheet to communicate with it. I
will be using Visual basic 6 if this helps, as part of visual studio. I
would really appreciate a big dummy's guide or referral to help if anyone
can.
