Any idea how many small rocks at $0.20 each in 1 cubic meter of laid concrete ? Afaik there are no LSI chips made anywhere in advanced (aka expensive, aka taxed to death) industrialized countries. All the MSI/LSI and discrete fabs (and not only) are in 3rd (ok, 2nd) world places where fab prices are far under $100 per wafer. It's the same trick as with all the things they don't make anymore in 'post industrial' places. You know what I mean. ;-(.
