I don't know about the 'being plain dumb' part :=3D) but, for some
reason, I missed it when I was looking for it too.=20

It's there in the MPLAB directory. Don't forget, it's p16f628 with an
=46, not p16c628 with a C. (I think that's how I missed it the first
time.)
