Go into the options register (IIRC) and set the GPIO pins to digital. They power up as analog pins. So you need to make them digital. Hope this helps. Hoping to use it to do some interfacing stuff on the PC. But before doing so, I am actually building a simple LED-light up circuit to correct my program as it is my first time doing PIC programming. > > I have some problem configuring the GPIO for the PIC and everytime I do a 'bcf' or 'bsf' on the GPIO register it does not seems to be working. My idea is to toggle the GP2 of GPIO and setting a logic high or low to GP4 of the PIC which is connected to a LED. My simulation is done using MPLAB. > > Can anyone help? > > Sincere Thanks > S.
