The 18Fxxx devices with two UARTs aren't out yet. I was just talking to Microchip about them, and the rep said it'd be a few months yet. Also keep in mind that they are large devices - 50+ pins, so they won't be as easy to use as the 16f628 :) If you can live without flash, there are 17c and 18c parts available now with dual UARTs.
