Hi,

In the Tools->Options->Security, there's an option to not allow the opening
of potential viruses, unclick this and you'll be able to get to it. I advice
though that you put it back on when your finished. Can't be too careful. I
had the same happen to me a few weeks ago. I sent myself some zipped
datasheets by email from work and then couldn't open them :)
