Hi Brandon, I've been working on a program to take Gerber plot files that you can generate with your PCB CAD program and plot them on an old plotter. You can make a pen for you plotter that uses the Red Staedtler Lumocolor pen's ink which is resistant to etching and you plot directly onto the copper and then etch as you normally would. http://www.digitalnemesis.com/ash/Projects/GerberPlot/ Does this help?
