Jim, I have a 2225 and love it. I bought it new when they first came out. I had a little trouble with the focus control but it was covered by warrantee. It is a very reliable scope. It is about 10 years old and has only given me the 1 problem. I also have the service and operators manual. I paid about US$1000 for it when it was new. bill Chris Eddy wrote: > > If'n you don't want it I will take it! > I consider the blue screen 80's vintage tek scopes to be the easiest to > use and understand. > I have a 2221 2 Ch digital and a 2445 4ch analog scope. > In case of fire, I get the kids out first, then the scopes. > The wife can fend for herself. > > Jim Kane wrote: > > > > Hello list: > > I have the opportunity to buy a Tek model 2225 scope.
