Sorry to get into an off topic thread but "illiterate rather unorganized
people" is not a privilege of Brazil only... Many people die everyday in the
USA and everywhere in the World by dumb people commiting small crimes and
carrying guns around. It is very dangerous to get into liquor stores at
night, for example. Many people get killed because they were in the wrong
place at the wrong time anywhere in the World !
