I'm going to step in on this one right NOW.

First off, if you're going to post an ad to the list, please make
ABSOLUTELY SURE you have the tag right.  It's not [ad] or [Ad] or [AD:] or
any other permutation, it's [AD]:.

Second, before anyone dashes off that profanity-laced missive to whomever
you've got your sights on, make DAMN SURE you're not sending it to the
PICList.  I won't tolerate it, period.  The *first* offense will get you
bounced off the list the minute I see it.  I'm normally a pretty easy
person to get along with, but this list goes out to 2000+ people all over
the world, AND gets posted to archive web sites and Usenet.  There is no
way to recall or cancel a message, and your personal disagreements are not
worth wasting that much of that many peoples' time.  Think before you hit
that SEND button (or hit CTRL-X, for you Pine users).

This issue is closed.  If you feel an overpowering need to discuss it, do
so off list.
