4.75K...10.2 MHz.....10.4 MHz (lower R is no faster)

7.5K......9.2 MHz.....9.5 MHz

15.4K...7.9 MHz.......8.0 MHz

28K.....5.4 MHz.....5.5 MHz

(Microchip recommends 38K minimum, DS40300B, page 98, YMMV)

38K......4.2 MHz.....4.3 MHz

169K....1.0 MHz....1.1 MHz

300K....633 KHz....662 KHz

470K....413 KHz....439 KHz

1M......196 KHz...211 KHz

(Microchip recommends 1M maximum, DS40300B, page 98, YMMV)

2.2M....91 KHz...99 KHz
