I just received a couple of 16F628-20's the other day.  I'll be
checking their ER mode characteristics tonight or tommorow. (I know,
statistically, n=3D2 doesn't provide much more than a rough indication
but I'll post whatever I measure.) Please feel free to incorporate the
data into a chart and post it to your website if you'd like.=20

I don't know whether or not the -04 parts would be much different from
the -20's but at least you'll have a few more data points to work
with.
