The internal RC oscillator is fixed at 4MHz (PCON.3 = 1) or 37kHz
PCON.3 = 0). If you're talking about ER (external resistor) mode,
there's no chart AFAIK to help set the frequency. Drawing one up
is something I'd planned to do in the next day or two. I'll post it, but
I have only the -04 parts to hand, the -20 will have to wait
