Think ive seen this before, but if I want to enable a pin for being an
output on a buss, then tristate it, can this be done?
In other words....initally the pin is tristated, then set to be an output,
turn it on, turn it off, then tristate it again.  Its the makin it tristate
back n forth that im not sure about
