A device is available from a company in Taiwan called Huai, they are =
monitor manufactures but they also sell a converter that will convert =
from EGA and CGA to VGA and also the other way around, it cost about =
=A360GBP and it works properly.
Also they is quite a lot of info on how to do this your self available =
on the some Arcade emulation sites.

I spent a lot of time to solve this a few years ago
