Picture a box... 2' x 2' x 8" :) I used 1" stock to make the lid gasket. The trick is to do the lid before you solder the sides to the bottom. Make some triangle gussets for the corners to hold the box square. I put the test subjects on a little microwave tray, and I have a loop antenna, and some thru-bulknead signals using bulkhead wall BNC connectors.
