Hi,
I want to make a small Infrared remote controlled device.
Can any one advice me the source of cheap infrared LEDs and Detectors. and
ICs uses in Remote controls for sending the key information.
I am looking only for a simple application of transmitting a key press (
upto about 6 keys).
I only find irDA infrared devices in the web which I think is too fast and
expensive. I don't need bi directional communication any way.
If any one has made a similar thing I would be grateful for an application
diagram.
