Guys,

        I recently bought a DC motor speed controller and (like everyone else on
this list) wanted to see how it worked.  So, I disassembled it and found 5
TO-220 mosfets as the main component.  As far as I can tell, 3 are in
parallel driving and the other 2 are in parallel acting as the flyback diode.
        Anyway, I want to find the specs on these, but haven't had much
luck.  They look like IR components, but I checked there and couldn't find
anything.  Here's what it looks like:
